KEUKENHOF GARDENS
I thought that only in dreams I could find myself
walking thru such beautiful gardens...UNTIL I CAME HERE. I only spent 3
hours, but could easily spent the whole day. The lake, the flowers and
wooded setting gives you an amazing sense of inner peace.

DAM SQUARE is a lively meeting place for tourists, shoppers, artists and of course....pigeons
Amsterdam is one of the most beautiful historical cities in Europe, with a huge number of museums, restaurants, shops and, of course, CANALS. My favorite: taking canal trips on flatboats during the day (or candlelite at night)
THE RED-LIGHT DISTRICT
east of Dam Square is a big tourist attraction,
with its proliferation of sex shops, shows, etc. If you're going out of
simple curiosity, you'll probably feel more comfortable visiting
during the day, or if you are daring...(like me) and want to check it
out at night, you'll be in for a surprise!
